Listing Description:

Hello, My name is Michael [LAST NAME DELETED] and I am requesting a loan to pay off some very high interest quick loans I had to take out to make some changes in the house due to my wife's disability. In the past I have requested money through Prosper to make those changes in the house but because my DTI was high I couldn't get my request funded. Now since my DTI is within acceptable range I would again like to request funding but this time it's to pay off some loans I had to take out to make those changes in the house. The interest rates vary from 30-80% but the changes in the house was a necessity because my wife needed to get around. Below are samples of the loans I have out and need to pay off. Whatever is left will go back into the house.

Quick Click Loan 3500.00
Regions 2400.00
Student Loan 1500.00 (She had to quit attending school because of not being able to drive to and from)
Credit Cards 150.00

I then have two credit card bills that I want to pay off. The total right now ever month just for the above shown bills total 660.00 a month. With Prosper the loan amount will be 361.00. The statement I will make is that the loan will be paid off in two years instead of the normal three.

I currently work for a Sheriff's Department with my income being 36,000 a year. I also draw a military retirement of 1235.00 a month along with a VA disability from my years in the service.

I'm being as honest as I can as too why I need the money. There are a couple more things I need to do with the house to make life more comfortable for my wife including replacing the bed we have because the current bed in too hard for her to sleep on. Everything has always been fine in the past and it's not until an incident happens that changes everything. I wouldn't want to wish a drastic family change on anyone. it has not been easy. I am asking for the much needed assistance for my wife and I. Thanks a lot for considering my request.

Michael [LAST NAME DELETED]
