No status changes before July 2006 were tracked

Listing Description:

We have paid off all of our debts- with the exception of one last bill, our car payment, and two credit-building credit cards that we keep paid off each month.

Our profile gives you a great idea as to who we are, and what have accomplished in the last few years in getting to this point on our trek to fiscal independence. We plan to be debt-free in 3 years, and own the dream home we currently rent. That is our "written down" business plan, and we are excited to confirm that we are currently fully on track!

The bill that we are looking to pay off is a medical bill, which constitutes our co-pay after our insurance plan kicked in. When funded through Prosper, we have comfortably budgeted out more than the monthly payment will be to ensure there will be no issues in repayment- this creates a win-win situation for all of us!

Please note that our profile does show three delinquent accounts. These are three collection accounts that were paid in full over 2 years ago, and have been disputed in writing with the credit agencies as the creditors state they "no longer have those records" in current storage to assist us.

You are welcome to contact us if need be, should you have any further questions.

Your time in considering us is appreciated; we hope to have earned your trust.
