Listing Description: Hello and thank you for viewing my listing. I am a divorced mother of 3 beautiful children. I currently live in a one bedroom apartment in Burbank, Illinois with my children. About 3 years ago, I went through a pretty messy divorce and had to file bankruptcy to just get out of debt. Since that time, I was doing very well and paying all my bills on time as such and then I lost my job because of a restructuring within the company. I have been out of work since February and my bills have started getting increasingly behind because I lost over 2 months of steady income and living on unemployment. I would use the Prosper Loan to pay off the following Credit Cards. $150.00 Capital One Visa $175.00 Juniper Mastercard $165.00 Applied Card Bank $150.00 Household Bank $124.00 Select Advantage $1000.00 Security Deposit for new apartment (pay back my future mother-in-law for the deposit) $750.00 Balance owed previous landlord that believes in me completely $720.00 First months rent on new apartment ------- $3050.00 - Total amount needed to pay off all debts and get into my new larger apartment for the kids. I am currently working for Paige Personnel as a Sr. Administrative Assistant working over 40 hours a week in Rosemont, Illinois. My take home pay is roughly $630.00+ a week and is finally steady to keep me in the positive with money to save after I get my credit cards paid off in full. My husband to be is also now living with me, so I will have his income as needed available as well. My current monthly net income is $2650 Here's my monthly budget with the prosper loan in place: 700 – Rent 50 - Electricity 75 - Telephone 50 – Cable 170 – Cell Phone 359 - Car Payment 79 - Insurance 160 – Gas for vehicle 100 - Groceries 100 - Recreation 150 – prosper loan payment (if this goes through) 100 - School -------------- $2093 - total monthly expenditures As you can see, I have approximately $500 left over to be used, not only for my Prosper Payment, but for savings and emergencies so that I never get into this situation again. I can begin to live a normal life free from the stress caused by Pay Day Loans and credit cards. I have learned my lesson. I promise that my payments to Prosper will be my top priority each month. In fact, I am going to have Prosper automatically withdraw my payments each month so that everyone, including myself, knows that my payment will be made on time, every time. I'm not about to make a mistake with this opportunity to start rebuilding my credit.
