Listing Description: Hello and thank you for viewing my listing. I am a 30 year old, father or two that recently moved to the Twin Cities in Minnesota. I lost my job back in December causing a financial hardship and ultimately the credit situation that I have gotten into. I have been in my current position in health care administration for about 6 months after having to relocate to a new state. I have been able to continue in my MBA program and will graduate in the spring with my master's degree. This will also open several opportunities for my career. We are settling into our new community and are trying to undo the financial mess that was created over the last 8-10 months. This loan will help eliminate some of the expenses and high interest payments that we now have. The Prosper loan will be used to pay off the following:Wells Fargo car loan of $1,000.00Citi Card of $2,000.00Title Loan of $3000.00Credit with a furniture company of $2,000.00Medical expenses of $2,000.00Moving expenses of $2,000.00Total debt payoff of $12,000.00My current position is with a large medical care provider. I am in management of a very large specialty practice. This is part of the hospital, opening the door for future positions upon finishing my degree in the spring. Though I have been here for only 6 months, I have made great strides in the improvements of our operations. This has been noticed by many and the encouragement and support continues each day. This was the best career move I have ever made for myself and family. My current income after taxes is approximately $3800.00 per month. Here's my monthly budget with the prosper loan in place: $1600.00 - Rent $100.00 - Electricity $80.00 - Telephone $120.00 - Insurance $250.00 - Gas $250.00 - Other Credit Cards Not paid off with loan $300 - Groceries $100 - Recreation $30 - Internet -------------- $2830 - total monthly expenditures As you can see, I have over $900.00 left over to be used, not only for my Prosper Payment, but for savings and emergencies so that I never get into this situation again. I can begin to live a normal life free from the stress caused by high interest and credit cards. I have learned my lesson. I promise that my payments to Prosper will be my top priority each month. In fact, I am going to have Prosper automatically withdraw my payments each month so that everyone, including myself, knows that my payment will be made on time, every time. I'm not about to make a mistake with this opportunity to start rebuilding my credit.Thank you again for viewing my listing, and God bless.
