I am hard working young woman, working to realize the dream of one day buying a home. Like many men and women who are fresh out of a divorce, I do not have much to levearage in the way of credit. Unfortunately, since I got into Pay Day Loans, I now need help to get out of them. As each advance becomes due, my dream of someday buying a home seems further away. I would use the Prosper Loan to pay off the following High Interest Loans: Pacific Cash Advance <-- $500 Advance America <-- $300 Rent A Center ---- $550 IRS for Taxes ------- $1200 Total amount of Debt to pay off ------2550.00 I am currently in a good financial situation. I have been a salaried employee since I was 18 years old, I am now 26. I have been with my current company for 1 year, and expect another pay raise in Q3 2007. My income is steady, and I work in a very secure Industry. I also think it is important to note that I am in account management for a fortune 500 company. My current monthly net income is $3,000. Here's my monthly budget with the prosper loan in place: Mortgage/rent: $ 700 Insurance: $100 Car expenses: $100 Utilities: $50 Phone, cable, internet: $100 Food, entertainment: $100 Clothing, household expenses $50 Credit cards and other loan payments: $320 Other expenses: $50 --------------------------------------- Total monthly expenses: $1570 As you can see, I have over $1,430 left over to be used, not only for my Prosper Payment, but for savings and emergencies; and so that I never get into this situation again. I can begin to live a normal life free from the stress caused by Pay Day Loans and finally start realizing my dream, . I have learned my lesson. I promise that my payments to Prosper will be my top priority each month. In fact, I am going to have Prosper automatically withdraw my payments each month so that everyone, including myself, knows that my payment will be made on time, every time. I had a relationship/account open with my bank since 2000. I'm not about to make a mistake with this opportunity to start rebuilding my credit. Thank you again for viewing my listing, and God bless.
