Prosper loan statsATTENTION: YOU ARE VIEWING AN OLD PAGE. MOST STATS ARE NO LONGER UPDATED AND ONLY REFLECT AN OLD STATUS OF PROSPER LOANS IN DECEMBER 2007 FOR HISTORICAL REASONS
From July 2006 to January 2007 only changes between "Current" and any other loan status were reported. Therefore the incident of a loan switching from "Late" to "1 month late" was not reported before Feb. 2007 No status changes before July 2006 were tracked Listing Description: Hi, I was a single parent to 3 adorable girls ages 13, 9, and 8 for a long time. My husband and I just celebrated our first anniversary. This past year we have bought a home and we are trying to fix it up. We have also added a new addition to our family, a beautiful baby boy born in November. This is the first time in their lives that my children have had their own room. Since we spent all of our spare cash to purchase our home, I need some help in paying off some bills and furnishing the girl's rooms to give them something to be proud of. I was on disability during my maternity leave and did not receive a paycheck for 2 months. This made us behind on some payments. I am now back at work full time and will receive my first full paycheck on March 16. I have worked for Nissan for about 7 years. My monthly income is $2,725. My husband just opened his own car repair business about six months ago. He makes, on average, about $2,500 a month, so between us, we can make the Prosper payment with no problem after we catch up. I would use the Prosper Loan to pay off the following debts and pay for the kids furnishings. $700 - Pay Day Loan 1 $300 - Credit Card 1 $1000 - Estimated cost of furnishings ($250 for each kid's room) $2,000 - Total amount for the Prosper Loan. Our combined monthly net income is $5,225 Here's my monthly budget with the prosper loan in place: $1,235 - Mortgage $400 - Electricity $180 - Telephone/Cable/Internet $65 - Water Bill $822 - Car Payment $100 - Childrens' School Activities/Sports Programs $100 - Other Credit Cards Not paid off with loan $800 - Groceries $200 - recreation $240 - Gas $100 - Prosper Loan $4,242 - total monthly expenditures As you can see, we have more than enough left over to easily make the payments to Prosper. And, I don't have to worry about any unforeseen car repair expenses, as all vehicle maintainance and insurance is included in my monthly car payments. That is one of the benefits provided by my employer. Please help us give our children the home that they so richly deserve. We will not let you down. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me. I will be more than happy to supply you with a pay stub if you want. I will be very upfront and honest with you.
