I did set my Prosper group to require review of all new listings.
Now two listing in my group went online without review. Both are second listings.
Did thsi happen to anyone else too?
I mailed Prosper, but did not receive a reply yet.
Thank you for any suggestions |

This is one of the changes Prosper made at the last upgrade: if a borrower currently has an active loan and wants to list for a second loan, no group leader review is needed, in spite of whatever setting the group leader had set the "review" option to. Prosper's rationale for this is that, since you cannot change groups when you have a loan active, they don't want a troublesome group leader to prevent a borrower from getting a second loan by rejecting all reviewed listings. (Maybe it would be better to allow the borrower to change or leave groups with a loan active, now that there are no longer group leader fees, eh, group leader awards.)
Worse yet, any endorsements from the previous listing will show on the current listing, even if it is no longer appropriate. You would have to go into manage users and drill down to the user to remove the endorsements. |

Hi Mark,
I wasn't aware of this change. Must have overlooked it.
Thanks a lot |

I don't think it was advertised anywhere. The first I heard of it was a bug report posted on the official .com forums and someone from Prosper had to chip in to clarify the rationale behind it. _________________ Shira: "If you don’t trust Prosper to detect fraud ..., you should reconsider whether you want to lend on Prosper." |

The same thing happen to me also. Someone applied for a 2nd loan and I looked, it was posted with the endorsement from the 1st loan. Bad business if you ask me.
