I have listed, joined a group, got advice from great folks on the prosper forum, tweeked and tweeked my listing and now have relisted again. I have faith that somehow I will get funded. Getting funded as an HR is tough. You might want to let your listing run longer than 3 days. Not too much more you can do, as you already have a good description and are listing at Maryland's maximum rate.
