		<description>I registered and gave my email, but the site doesn't work. As well, the site seems dead now, only a handful of participants borrowing at a 25% interest rate. Isn't that illegally over "4 times the bank rate" as the article states? And there's no payment system, how do borrowers repay lenders?

Sounds fishy to me. It's nothing like prosper or smava.</description>
